Australia Study Abroad: Day 2
Our second day started with a quick meeting in the morning to make sure students were fine.
Many students said that they were a little bit tired from all the English exposure!
It takes a lot of brain power to constantly focus on using another language. They should feel very proud of themselves for trying so hard. Today the kids observed a lot of regular classes—some of them took great notes in their biology or history lessons.
We also had a class on Australian culture and played a quiz game to learn more about Australia as a country as well as some local slang. Students also practiced origami while chatting with a specialized Japanese class.
Thanks to all the teachers for taking the time to give us thoughtful and fun lessons!
